The purpose of this site is to introduce and connect the people of our unique Creative Services industries. Portland Creative Current launched on December 1st, 2008.

Why are you doing this?
We thought it would be beneficial to have an online meeting place that showcases our city’s creative talent and related service businesses. By introducing these businesses, we help facilitate networking and ultimately enhance the vitality of our Creative Services industries. We also wanted to create a place to share noteworthy creative events, post job listings, and weigh-in on industry related topics.
How do I get listed on this site?
Visit the Participate page to submit your company’s profile. No membership is needed . . . you just need to be a creative service business located in the Portland area.
Can Portland‘s Art & Culture community participate?
This project was built specifically for Portland’s Creative Services industries (click here for a definition, as defined by PDC). For information about Portland’s Arts and Culture community, check out PDXArtScene.org
How do you decide who to include?
Profiles are generally released in the order of which they were received. It is also a goal to mix up the types of businesses being profiled.
How often do you post new profiles?
The goal is to post a new profile every business day. Please help us reach this goal by submitting a profile for your business and urging others to participate.
