Portland Creative Current

Please read all of the information on this page before submitting your profile. The participation form is at the bottom of this page. The more complete the information you provide, the more likely it is that you will be added to the posting queue.

Choose one person to submit your profile and be the voice for your company. While the company bio is written in third person, we need a single representative for the Q&A section and photo. This is what adds the personal touch to our networking efforts.

Here is what you will need to submit for your profile:

Business Name (Required):

Email Address (Required): The email address of the person submitting the profile. This will not be used in the posted profile. This is for contact with the Portland Creative Current admin only.

Up to 3 Photos: The size of each photo should be no smaller than 150×150 pixels at 72 dpi in JPG, PNG, or GIF format. Please do not submit any photo larger than 2MB, as it will be rejected by the participation form. Please submit photos in a square format. If you submit non-formatted photos, they will be cropped to a square format before being posted.

Photo 1 (Required): A photo where you are the main subject (preferably the only subject). You can include a caption.

Photo 2 (Optional): A photo of your office, staff, logo, etc. You can include a caption.

Photo 3 (Optional): You decide–just make sure the image is related to your business. You can include a caption.

Business Classification (Required): Advertising Agency, Graphic Designer, Photography Studio, Web Developer, Screen Printer, etc.

Short Description (Required): A short description of your business, no more than 10 words. This description will be used as the summary of the profile in the profile index and on the home page. This might be a title, a statement or a comma-separated list of things that define you.

Bio (Required): A bio, providing information on what your business does, its background, etc., in third person (e.g. “Sample Company is…”). The length of your bio should be between 100 and 500 words. What do you want people to know about your business? Feel free to include links.

Q&A (Required): The Q&A section includes five questions and their answers. Two of the questions are common to all profiles on the site, while three are unique and are determined by you. All answers should be between 50 and 200 words in length. All answers should be in first person (”I am…”, “we are…”, etc.). Please keep your questions and answers related to your business. These following questions should help pull out some professional background or information that adds depth to your profile.

Q2: What do you do best? (50 - 200 word answer written in first person)

Q3: You create the Question and Answer. (50 - 200 word answer written in first person)

Q4: You create the Question and Answer. (50 - 200 word answer written in first person)

Q5: You create the Question and Answer. (50 - 200 word answer written in first person)
